We are subject to legislation, regulations, standards, and guidelines applicable to our status as a non‑corporate Commonwealth entity under the PGPA Act and the PGPA Rule. We are also subject to both Commonwealth, State and Territory legislation when assisting the Administrator to fulfil their obligations under the NHR Act and Agreement. In 2024-25 we reviewed and updated our Accountable Authority Instructions, Financial Delegations and Human Resource Delegations to ensure we commenced the new financial year fully compliant.
